Photos: William Wang powers No. 1 Bellevue past No. 9 Rainier Beach into WIAA 3A state semifinals

BELLEVUE, Wash. — William Wang's fifth and final touchdown on Friday night was emphatic.
The senior running back accelerated through a gap up the middle for a 47-yard touchdown run to put a bow on No. 1 Bellevue's 56-22 3A state quarterfinal win over 9-seed Rainier Beach on Friday night.

Wang finished with 197 yards on 32 carries to go with a career-best five touchdowns. He surpassed 1,600 yards on the season in the Wolverines' win.
The Vikings (6-3) pulled within two touchdowns after Scott'Tre Humphrey scored a two-yard run and ensuing conversion midway through the midway through the third quarter. Bellevue responded by scoring two unanswered touchdowns to pull away.
Bellevue (12-0) takes on the winner of No. 5 Marysville-Pilchuck and No. 4 Yelm, which takes place Saturday at 1 p.m.
