Photos: Idaho State-bound Jordan Hansen leads King's past Tahoma at King Classic
KENT, Wash. — King's coach Rick Skeen is unabashedly aggressive when it comes to scheduling.
On Monday, he got precisely the matchup he was looking for from a tall and long Tahoma.
Idaho State pledge Jordan Hansen scored 23 points and grabbed 10 boards, freshman Cam Hiatt added 18 and five to help King's knock off Tahoma for its latest bigger-school non-league win, 57-43 over Tahoma in the King Classic Monday at the Showare Center.
"We struggled on the backboards, but we did enough," Skeen said. "It was ugly, it was kind of a state tournament-like game, but we made shots when we needed to and Cam and Jordan were, you know, Cam and Jordan."
