Josh Conerly Jr., Rainier Beach 5-star offensive tackle, officially signs with Oregon Ducks

Rainier Beach five-star offensive tackle Josh Conerly Jr. verbally committed to the Oregon Ducks on Friday.
But it wasn't quite done.
On Wednesday, the University of Oregon's official football Twitter account, "@OregonFootball," announced that Conerly is "officially a Duck."

The 6-foot-5, 283-pound lineman, out of Seattle, Washington, is the class headliner for Oregon, as he's rated the nation's No. 1 offensive tackle and No. 8 overall prospect.
That ranking makes him the eighth highest-rated pledge in program history, behind Kayvon Thibodeaux (2019), Justin Flowe (2020), Haloti Ngata (2002), Jonathan Stewart (2005), Noah Sewell (2020), Cameron Colvin (2004) and De'Athony Thomas (2011).
Conerly's commitment solidified Oregon's 2022 recruiting class as No. 1 in the Pac-12 Conference for the fourth consecutive year.
Prior to the start of that streak, the Ducks had never signed the conference's top class.
