Fourth-ranked Bears knock down nine 3-pointers in 77-68 over 4A NPSL champions

UNIVERSITY PLACE, Wash. - WSU-bound Parker Gerrits and the Olympia Bears were ready for their showdown with top-ranked Federal Way on Thursday night.

After surviving a few Eagles' spurts, the No. 4 Bears closed it out behind Gerrits' 31 points in a 77-68 victory in the semifinals of the Class 4A West Central/Southwest bi-district boys basketball tournament at Curtis High School.
