Wisconsin High School Football Top 25 State Rankings - Aug. 25, 2025

Arrowhead moves into top spot after dominant, explosive 53-22 season-opening victory over No. 6 Marquette; Five teams suffer surprising season-opening losses to fall out of top 10

With the first week of scheduled games in the books for the exciting 2025 season, it's time to take a look at the High School on SI Wisconsin's Top 25 football rankings.

Five teams within the preseason top 10 suffered surprising losses, including No. 1 Muskego, No. 2 Kimberly, No. 3 Mukwonago, No. 6 Marquette, and No. 8 Kaukauna, creating a major shuffling in the first-week rankings.

Arrowhead claims the top spot, followed by defending WIAA Division 1 state champion Bay Port, third-place Waunakee, fourth-place Neenah, and fifth-place West De Pere.
