Prospect Profile
Stirtz has emerged as a legitimate NBA talent in his first season at Drake. Prior to transferring to play for the Bulldogs, he spent his collegiate career at Northwest Missouri State. His ability to improve at the rate he has the past few years speaks volumes to his work ethic and future upside.
The sharpshooting guard is best known for his perimeter shot. Not only does he take triples at a high volume, but he’s also accurate and able to shoot on the move. Stirtz is also very good at getting to the line and creating his own shot off the dribble. He’s a natural scorer who has proven he can make plays with the ball in his hands in the Missouri Valley Conference. Stirtz is an offensive engine with his scoring upside and very impressive passing skillset.
Playing against even better competition is something NBA teams will want to see, whether that’s at the collegiate level or in the pre-draft process in workouts alongside other prospects. The offensive flashes Stirtz has shown are impressive, but it’s all about sustainability in that production against NBA athletes.
Whether he makes the leap in the 2025 NBA Draft or goes back to school and potentially transfers to a bigger program ahead of the 2026 NBA Draft, there’s no question that Stirtz has the tools to make an impact at the next level.
