Prospect Profile

Moore spent his first two collegiate seasons at Georgia Tech and is now in his second season at Oklahoma. He’s seen an increase in his role and responsibilities every year at the collegiate level and has been able to take on the challenge and thrive each time. He can play either forward position with his physical tools, making him a versatile prospect entering the next level.

Over the past year, Moore has emerged as a very good 3-point shooter with the size to shoot over smaller defenders. He’s also a great free throw shooter as well. There’s a clear offensive role for him at the NBA level, given he can use his strength and size to bully guards, but he also has the speed to blow by frontcourt players with slower feet. The Oklahoma prospect is also a quality rebounder and is electric in the open court.

Moore is a very good athlete which allows him to be an effective defender. He’s switchable with his length and speed, which should allow him to be a versatile defender. Whether it’s being disruptive or just solid within a time scheme, Moore has the natural instincts to be very good on the defensive end.

After declaring for the 2024 NBA draft, Moore returned to the Sooners for another season, which has paid off. He’s improved as a prospect and now enters this summer as a combo forward who is a legitimate 3-point shooter and versatile defender.
