Caleb Williams and Colston Loveand Leads Group of QB-TE Stacks to Target in Fantasy Football

In this story:
The QB-TE stack is one of the more overlooked methods to maximize Fantasy points, but when done right can lead any Fantasy team to success.
Fantasy managers should consider these QB-TE stacks on draft day.
Caleb Williams-Colston Loveland
Williams (QB 6, 74 ADP) and Loveland (TE 3, 45 ADP) found their stride together towards the end of the 2025 season.
The duo showcased their top-stack potential in week 9 against the Cincinnati Bengals, Loveland’s breakout game. Williams and Loveland combined for 66.5 Fantasy points in that contest and set the momentum for the connection for the rest of the season.
Both WIlliams and Loveland would add four more top-ten Fantasy finishes in their respective positional rankings.
Despite the slow start, Loveland would lead the Chicago Bears in receiving yards.
With a full offseason to improve their connection, Williams and Loveland offer a sneaky stack with both players having the potential to produce top-three Fantasy finishes at their position.

Patrick Mahomes-Travis Kelce
One of the more iconic QB-TE stacks in all of Fantasy Football history is available at a discounted rate this season.
The days of Mahomes (QB 15, 105 ADP) and Kelce (TE 11, 122 ADP) finishing in tier 1 of their position may be gone, but the duo offer a solid connection available in the later rounds.
Mahomes is coming off a season-ending knee injury and Kelce is getting up their age, but the connection still offers Fantasy viability as seen last season.
Kelce finished as TE 3 in PPR leagues, despite missing Mahomes the last three games of the season. Mahomes was QB 2 at the time of his injury.
Looking ahead to the 2026 season, the Chiefs didn’t add any real threats to the pass-catching group, which leaves Kelce as one of the main targets for Mahomes.
Grabbing this stack in later rounds allows Fantasy managers to load up with other Fantasy playmakers early on in the draft.
Mahomes and Kelce don’t have to live up to their QB 1 and TE 1 days for this stack to help a Fantasy team contend because of the later ADP. If the duo can outperform their ADP like they did last season before injuries, this stack can lead any Fantasy team to the playoffs.
Fantasy managers may be wary of Mahomes returning from a serious injury and Kelce turning 37 midway through the season, but the late ADP makes this stack too intriguing to ignore.

Jacoby Brissett-Trey McBride
One of the top QB-TE stacks last season, Brissett (QB 27, 192 ADP) and McBride (TE 2, 24 ADP) made most of their work in garbage time and it doesn’t look to change this season.
Once Brissett took over the starting job in week 6, the duo started to air it out. Brissett would finish as QB 6 once taking over the job and McBride would continue his dominance as he finished TE 1.
The Arizona Cardinals face the most brutal schedule in the NFL, which is actually a good sign for Brissett’s and McBride’s Fantasy outlooks.
As the Cardinals trail in games, the game script will turn more pass heavy, which will lead to more Fantasy production for the QB-TE stack.
The Cardinals may want to give reps to rookie Carson Beck later in the season, but it’s a simple plug and play in this stack as McBride is the main focus of this stack.
