Sorenstam ranks third on the LPGA's career victory list, with 72, including 10 major championships, and is a member of the World Golf Hall of Fame. She started her Annika Foundation in 2007, one year before retiring from competitive golf. The foundation annually conducts six major golf events for aspiring junior girls: the Annika Invitational USA presented by Rolex; Annika Invitational at Mission Hills in China; Annika Invitational Europe and Annika Cup in Sweden; the Women’s Amateur Latin America with the R&A in Argentina; and the Annika Invitational Australasia in New Zealand. Each year, Sorenstam and the foundation also host several “Share My Passion” grassroots clinics designed to introduce kids to the game.
