Alabama baseball is looking to capitalize on its 12-1 victory against Arkansas as the Crimson Tide takes on the Razorbacks in a Saturday afternoon matchup.

It was an offensive showcase by Brad Bohannon's squad as four players hit one over the fence. Drew Williamson, Caden Rose and Tommy Seidl each had a game-high three hits.

The Tide also received a strong performance from its pitching staff. Ben Hess (4-0) picked up the win in a shortened outing, tossing 4.0 innings and allowing one run on two hits with five punchouts. Hagan Banks followed, retiring all 12 batters he faced in order across his 4.0 relief frames before Connor Ball worked a scoreless ninth.

It was a big win for Alabama as the team is trying to right the ship in SEC play. The best way to do that is to win a series against a nationally-ranked Arkansas team.

Coming into today, Alabama is second in the SEC with a .326 batting average and is top-5 in slugging percentage, on-base percentage and runs scored.
