The eyes of the SEC descend on Destin, Fla., where the Southeastern Conference is holding its annual spring meetings.

Joe Gaither welcomes in Michael Brauner of WNSP in Mobile, Ala., to get into scheduling, the SEC and his outlook for the 2023 Crimson Tide season.

8-games, or 9-games?

That is the number one question in Destin, but it's not so simple.

Coaches have incentives in their contracts for making bowl games, how would removing FCS opponents from SEC schedules impact the league?

What really does a team like Alabama gain by playing the cup-cakes of the world?

Was Alabama more prepared to go to Texas in 2022 because they had waxed Utah State the year prior?

The scheduling issues takes on an even deeper importance as the College Football Playoff expands to 12 teams in 2024.

The Tide welcomed transfer quarterback Tyler Buchner to Tuscaloosa this past weekend and Brauner had quite the opinions on his abilities to lead the Alabama offense in 2023.

Brauner claimed Alabama would be on the wrong end of this season's Texas matchup, but also predicted the Tide to lose to one of its biggest rivals.

The Tuesday show rounded out with hitting some basketball headlines as the Tide received good news from Mark Sears but still awaits an official decision from Jahvon Quinerly.
