The NBA's top prospects met with the media on Wednesday with Thursday's draft looming large as the next major event on the sports calendar.

Alabama freshman forward Brandon Miller is expected to be selected with the second overall pick in tomorrow evening's draft by the Charlotte Hornets. While Michael Jordan is set to sell the Hornets after 13 years of ownership, Miller was asked his thoughts on meeting the NBA legend.

"That was my first time ever seeing him in person, it's definitely exciting. He's Michael Jordan," said Miller on Wednesday about his pre-draft meetings with Charlotte. "The guy who jumped from the free-throw line. The shoes that we wear all the time. It's kind of exciting to meet him."

Miller divulged to the media that his fandom of the 2010-14 Lebron James Miami Heat teams led to friendly friction with his mother, who has always been a fan of the Boston Celtics.

Despite favorable comments on both Jordan and James as players, Miller went off-script when asked to name one player over the other as "The Goat".

"I actually don't think that Lebron is "The Goat" of basketball. I think my "Goat" of basketball is Paul George because I always grew up watching him. So, it was never just Lebron."

George is a 14-year NBA veteran who's played for the Indiana Pacers, Oklahoma City Thunder and is currently with the Los Angeles Clippers. The 6-foot-8 forward is an eight-time All-Star and made All-NBA First Team just once in his career.

The NBA Draft is on Thursday, June, 22 at 7 p.m. CT and will be televised on the ESPN family of networks.
