Alabama Preparing for a Strong Passing Game on Saturday

In this story:
The No. 8 Alabama Crimson Tide hosts the final home game of the year on Saturday when they welcome the UT-Chattanooga Mocs at 11 a.m. The Mocs are 7-3 and are second in the Southern Conference and enter with one of the best passing games in the Football Championship Subdivision.
The Mocs enter with the No. 15 overall passing game in FCS and quarterback Chase Artopoeus is the ninth best passer in the division, averaging 273 yards per game.
"Well first of all the quarterbacks a really good player. I think the guy went to UCLA for four years or something like that. So he's a major college passer. He's very smart. Makes good decisions. All these guys have a good skill set," said Nick Saban on Wednesday. "I would say they're on the level of SEC receivers. They throw a lot of RPOs and advantage throws. So these guys get a lot of touches in games depending on how you're playing on defense and so its a talented group and they have one of the best offenses, in their league or division, whatever you want to call it in the country."
The Mocs have three receivers with over 40 receptions this season in Jamoi Mayes, Sam Phillips and Javin Whatley. Whatley leads the trio with eight touchdowns and Mayes leads the group with 924 yards receiving.
The Crimson Tide's seen great receiving corps during the season already when Texas and LSU came to town. Alabama will once again rely on Kool-Aid McKinstry and Terrion Arnold to be stalwarts in the Tide's back end.
