Denny Chimes and the University of Alabama quad hosts ESPN's College GameDay on Saturday morning. Follow along with BamaCentral as Rece Davis, Kirk Herbstreit, Desmond Howard, Pat McAfee and Lee Corso preview all the matchups of the day.

The program runs from 8 - 11 a.m. and the special guest picker today is Crimson Tide legend and former quarterback Joe Namath.

No. 3 Alabama faces No. 11 Texas on ESPN at 6 p.m. CT in Bryant-Denny Stadium as the two schools finish their home-and-home series that began last season. The Crimson and White are favored by seven-points this evening as the two blue-blood programs collide.

The Crimson Tide emerged in 2022 with a 20-19 victory in a scorching hot day in Austin.

Alabama was able to defeat MTSU in the opening week 56-7 and Texas took down Rice 37-10. There's no Bryce Young or Bijan Robinson in this year's edition, but both teams still have playmakers, specifically Jalen Milroe and Xavier Worthy.

The Crimson Tide got good news on Friday with Malachi Moore being reportedly fully available after enduring an injury last week against the Blue Raiders.

The matchup will likely come down to which offensive line can impose its will as both units are seeking to impose its physicality.

Alabama head coach Nick Saban is 28-2 against former assistant coaches, can Texas head coach Steve Sarkisian put a dent into that record tonight?
