Auburn's wide receiver room is generating a lot of conversation because of five-star wide receivers Cam Coleman and Perry Thompson but four-star Malcolm Simmons has a chance to make a splash early at Auburn as well.

Simmons is one of six Auburn commits in the AL-MS All-Star game. You can see him running a route against air below.

Auburn's commits in the Alabama/Mississippi All-Star Game are wide receiver Perry Thompson, wide receiver Bryce Cain, wide receiver Malcolm Simmons, defensive lineman Malik Blocton, safety Kaleb Harris, and EDGE Jamonta Waller.

A wide receiver that separates from defenders in the open field. Simmons is a player who will add yet another layer of playmaking ability to the Tigers' offense. His ability to catch the football is natural, and he's also instinctive and creative with using his vision to find the crease in the defense to create big plays. Also a possible punt return man for the Tigers.

Both Simmons and Cain will fight for early playing time during their Auburn careers with Auburn looking for more explosiveness on offense from the wide receivers.
