CINCINNATI — Wes Miller and the Bearcats got great news when David Dejulius announced he is returning for his final year of eligibility. NCAA reporter Andy Katz also pegged it as a coup, placing Dejulius in his top-20 super seniors.

The strong two-way guard checked in at No. 17 on the list.

"Wes Miller needed consistency," Katz wrote. "He will get it with the return of a 14-point scorer for another season."

Dejulius led the team in points per game (14.5) and free throw percentage (82.4%) last season. He should have even more room to operate and improve his efficiency (51.1% TS%, fifth on the team) for his curtain call. The Bearcats made a point to land more playmakers like Landers Nolley II and Rob Phinisee in the transfer portal this past spring.

Add in a hopeful jump for Mika Adams-Woods, and Cincinnati's backcourt should be in great shape for its leader's final season.
