Look: Cincinnati Just Inside The NCAA Tournament Cut Line on ESPN's Latest Bracket Projection
CINCINNATI — Cincinnati men's basketball is back on the bubble after an 84-79 loss to Xavier in the first tough matchup of the season. It's prompted ESPN Bracketologist Joe Lunardi to have the team as one of the last squads in the 2024 NCAA Tournament.
That would make them an 11-seed in this exercise and have them playing in one of the First Four games held in Dayton.
Cincinnati would be one of a whopping nine Big 12 teams to make the tournament.
That's tied with the SEC for the most projected teams on Lunardi's list.
