UC Wide Receiver Marquez Bell Enters Transfer Portal

CINCINNATI — A Bearcat football player just entered the transfer portal. Wide receiver Marquez Bell announced on Twitter that he is surveying his option at other schools.

Bell has not recorded a catch in two seasons with Cincinnati. According to 247Sports, the 6-foot, 160-pound wideout was a three-star recruit in 2020, and the 127th ranked receiver in the country.

Rivals ranked him as a three-star recruit as well. Bell received 20 scholarship offers during his recruitment.

Cincinnati is laser-focused on Dec. 31 when they'll match up with the Alabama Crimson Tide in the Cotton Bowl. The winner moves on for a shot at the national title.
