Recruiting Roundup: UC Football Offers Three-Star 2025 Cornerback Zadian Gentry Among Texas Flurry

CINCINNATI — The Bearcats football team landed a trio of commitments this week and kept the offer train rolling. We start with an offer to three-star 2025 cornerback Zay Gentry out of McKinney (Texas).

According to 247Sports, Gentry is the 333rd-ranked player in the class and the 35th-best cornerback.

The 5-foot-11, 155-pound corner holds 26 offers from schools like Auburn and Baylor.

We jump to 2026 with an offer to Hurricane (West Virginia) defensive lineman Da'Ron Parks.

The 6-foot-5, 282-pound sophomore holds ten other offers from schools like Miami (FL) and Penn State.

Next is a 2026 offer to running back Tradarian Ball out of Texas High (Texas).

The 5-foot-10, 185-pound sparkplug already holds 20 offers from schools like Arizona State and California. He was All-District as a freshman this past season.

Another 2026 offer went out to 2026 University (Texas) running back London Smith.

The 6-foot, 175-pound back holds 11 offers from schools like Baylor and Nebraska. He earned CenTex Newcomer of the Year honors in football and basketball as a freshman.

We move back to 2025 with an offer to McKinney (Texas) defensive lineman Jordan Covington.

The sophomore is not ranked on a major service and has two other offers from Missouri and UNLV.
