Report: Four-Star 2025 Guard Kaden Maywood Visiting Cincinnati For Dayton Matchup

The guard is also visiting Xavier.

CINCINNATI — The Bearcats have a top-110 visitor in town for Saturday's game against Dayton. Four-star 2025 guard Kaden Magwood out of Oak Hill (Virginia) is visiting the school unofficially.

Magwood does not hold an official offer from Cincinnati but 247Sports reports he will be in town to see UC and Xavier.

According to 247Sports, Magwood is the 109th-ranked player nationally and the 15th-best combo guard.

He holds 10 offers from schools like Coastal Carolina and Illinois.

Magwood is a magnetic ballhandler with a great handle in the half-court and yo-yo-like dribble that allows him to pull up and create space on deep triple tries. He works well off the ball as a silky screen user who can hit shots off the catch exceptionally.

He has nice bounce at 6-foot-3, 170 pounds with the frame to guard decently well on the Big 12 perimeter if he puts on size like most guys do in the Monster Factory.
