Game Primer: How To Watch, Things To Know for Kansas at Oklahoma

In this story:
The Kansas Jayhawks bounced back after a brutal loss to Iowa State by beating the visiting Texas Longhorns in a crucial Big Monday matchup. But now they need to keep the wins coming in a road matchup against the Oklahoma Sooners team that almost beat them in Lawrence earlier this season.
The Sooners have struggled recently, with a six-game conference losing streak only interrupted by a blowout win over the Alabama Crimston Tide as part of the Big 12 SEC Challenge. During that stretch, only one of those conference losses was by a margin less than double digits.
Kansas comes into the game ranked #8 in the Coaches Poll and #9 in the AP Poll, while Oklahoma is unranked.
Kansas leads the all-time series 155-69, including a 21-20 record in the Lloyd Noble Center. The Jayhawks have won four straight in the series, and are 23-10 in the Big 12 era. The last win for the Sooners came in Norman in 2021.
