LIVE BLOG: Missouri Tigers at Kansas Jayhawks Basketball
The Kansas Jayhawks have rebounded from their only loss of the season with some big wins, but the test they have today will be unlike any other. They always say to throw out the records in a rivalry game, and with the Missouri Tigers coming to town, it's hard to know exactly what to expect.
The Jayhawks are the highly ranked team, coming in at #2 in the AP Poll and #3 in the Coaches Poll. They are top 10 in the Kenpom ratings. Missouri is not receiving any votes despite being 7-2, and they are down in the 80s of Kenpom. Everything points to a big win for the Jayhawks today.
But we've seen plenty of stuff in this matchup that doesn't make sense, and while Kansas has won big since the series resumed, it's not hard to imagine that at least one of these games might be a struggle.
