If you’re a college football fan, go ahead and load your pantry with snacks, have the app ready on your favorite food delivery provider of choice, and stock your fridge with your favorite beverages because Friday and Saturday are absolutely loaded with crucial games. We’ve got all the important matchups as well as kick off times and what channel to tune to. Behold the post-Thanksgiving football feast.

TCU at 13 Oklahoma. Friday, 11:00 AM Fox

Oklahoma has the first chance to put pressure on all the chasers in the Big XII title game race. TCU comes to Norman on senior day with a chance to become bowl eligible, but the Sooners have more at stake. A win will secure a 7-2 record in conference, a guarantee of the second best record at least (Texas kicks off on Friday night against Texas Tech and will move to 8-1 or drop to 7-2) and would squarely put all the pressure on Oklahoma State on Saturday. Oklahoma needs a host of things to go their way to get to the championship in Dallas, but a win against the Horned Frogs is essential. They are 12 point favorites in this one and with Dillon Gabriel expected to play, the first piece of their puzzle could be in place before you dig into the leftovers.

16 Oregon State at 6 Oregon. Friday, 7:30 PM Fox

This game should be fun. And what’s more, it could be the end of a 127 year long rivalry as no future games have been scheduled between the Oregon teams as they split from the same conference next season. Another huge factor is the fact that Oregon can clinch a berth in the Pac-12 title game in Las Vegas next Friday and keep their College Football Playoff hopes alive in the process. One thing I think we can be assured of in this game is that points will be scored. Oregon is led by Heisman candidate Bo Nix and is averaging 46.5 points per game while the Beavers are no slouches at 36.5 per contest.

2 Ohio State at 3 Michigan. Saturday, 11:00 AM Fox

Ohio State and Michigan, a traditional after Thanksgiving matchup and one that doesn’t need any introduction. But the stakes in this one couldn’t be any higher. The winner gets to play Iowa in the Big Ten title game, but will the loser drop out of the Top 4 of the CFP and be hoping for weird results in the championship games to even have a chance? We used to see it all the time in the BCS era, but with Washington, Oregon, and Florida State lurking behind these teams, a win in Ann Arbor is essential. This is must-see TV.

BYU at 20 Oklahoma State. Saturday, 2:30 PM ABC

Oklahoma State can get into the championship game with a win via the tie breakers that they possess over Oklahoma and K-State no matter what else happens. They face a BYU team that hasn’t won in a month, losing four on the trot. The Cowboys will most likely again rely on Ollie Gordon, a beast of a back, and if the oddsmakers are right (OSU is favored by 17.5), Okie State will be playing another game in Dallas on December 2.

Washington State at 4 Washington. Saturday, 3:00 PM Fox

The Huskies jumped over Florida State in the CFP rankings and get a challenging game against in-state rivals Washington State to finish off the regular season. Interesting note: despite leaving for the Big Ten, Wazzu is still willing to play their most hated rivals and have signed up for football games with Washington well into the future. Weird, can’t relate. With a spot in the Pac-12 title game already assured, the Huskies are looking to stay undefeated and ahead of everyone in the CFP race.

5 Florida State at Florida. Saturday, 6:00 PM ESPN

After dropping out of the top four and losing their quarterback, Florida State gets a chance to prove the pollsters wrong when they play rivals Florida. They’ve already punched their ACC championship game ticket against Louisville in Charlotte, but in order to have a shot at the CFP, the Seminoles need to beat their rivals and stay undefeated and win next weekend too. They open as 6.5 point favorites over the five win Gators.

Iowa State at 19 Kansas State. Saturday, 7:00 PM Fox

If Oklahoma State has already taken care of business, this game can be scrapped from your list as far as potential title contending games goes. But if the Oklahoma schools don’t win? This game becomes critical. K-State will know if their chance to repeat as conference champions is even on the table, but don’t expect their intensity to lack. Farmageddon is one of the bigger games each year for these fanbases, and when you add senior night in Manhattan to the mix, the atmosphere should be electric no matter the circumstances.
