Keep up with the action as the Bulldogs look to get their first SEC series win of the season against Alabama on Saturday.

Mississippi State baseball (18-14, 2-9) has yet to win an SEC series this season, but has the chance to do just that as the Bulldogs face the Alabama Crimson Tide (23-9, 4-7) for the final matchup of three on Saturday.

The Bulldogs won the first contest, quickly gaining the momentum in one of their better displays of consistency this season, 12-8. But the second meeting was hardly the same story as Alabama dominated MSU to a 11-1 run-rule victory.

It will be interesting to watch how things shake out in what's been a season filled with historic lows for the Bulldogs despite some of the up-and-coming freshman talent that has shined through.
