Mississippi State (2-2) is still hunting for its first SEC victory of the Zach Arnett era after falling 37-30 to the South Carolina Gamecocks just one week after a brutal 41-14 loss to the LSU Tigers in the SEC opener.

It will be no simple task as the No. 12 Alabama Crimson Tide (3-1) heads to Starkville on Saturday. After suffering a 34-24 fall to the No. 3 Texas Longhorns, the Tide recorded a 17-3 win over South Florida and a 24-10 conference victory over the No. 20 Ole Miss Rebels.

Kickoff between the Bulldogs and the Crimson Tide is set for 8 p.m. CT in Starkville.
