Notre Dame has officially signed big time wide receiver Cam Williams, who has been committed to the Fighting Irish for over a year. Notre Dame wants more impact wide receivers, and Williams is certainly that kind of talent.

Landing Williams gives the Irish the kind of game-breaking receiver it needs a lot more of, and he has the talent to come in and make an immediate impact.
