After taking three separate trips to Notre Dame this off-season, star 2025 Waukesha (Wis.) Catholic Memorial offensive tackle Owen Strebig has already solidified another trip back to South Bend. Strebig informed Irish Breakdown that he will be in attendance for the program’s battle against Ohio State on September 23rd.

"I’m excited to see a Notre Dame game day,” Strebig said of the visit. "I love every time I get up to campus. This will be a great experience to see the players and coaches in action.”

Heading into that game visit, it’s hard not to feel really good about where the Irish staff is with the Wisconsin mauler. Notre Dame seems to be in a great position with Strebig, who has been courted by several of the top offensive line producers in the country.

Earlier this off-season, Strebig made it clear of his affinity for the Irish program. "Notre Dame will be in it until the very end, no doubt,” Strebig told Irish Breakdown at the time.

With another big visit, offensive line coach Joe Rudolph and the Irish staff have the chance to close quickly on one of the more gifted offensive tackles in the class. Strebig would be a massive get for what appears to be a loaded offensive line board in the 2025 recruiting class, both literally and figuratively.

The 6-8, 290-pound offensive tackle has received offers from the Fighting Irish, Michigan, USC, Florida, Penn State, Florida State, UCLA, Stanford, Wisconsin, Michigan State, Nebraska, Kentucky, Iowa, Illinois, Minnesota, Purdue, Kansas and Indiana among others. Strebig is quickly becoming one of the elite level offensive lineman in the 2025 class.

Strebig is considered a four-star recruit across every major recruiting ranking. He currently sits as the No. 40 overall player and the No. 5 offensive tackle in the 2025 recruiting class according to On3 ranking.
