Notre Dame Offers 2025 North Carolina Safety JaDon Blair

Overall safety recruiting is a position that has a lot of questions to answer for Notre Dame moving forward. The Irish staff continues to court several talented athletes on the back end, including recently offering 2025 Winston Salem (N.C.) Mount Tabor athlete JaDon Blair.

Blair has received a flurry of interest from several notable programs thus far. Some of the top programs who have extended offers so far include the Fighting Irish, Penn State, Maryland, Virginia Tech, Wake Forest and Georgia Tech,

The 6-4, 180-pound athlete was a substantial producer from his safety position. He finished his sophomore campaign with 44 total tackles, two tackles for loss, an interception and two pass breakups.

Blair was also used on the offensive side of the football, although seldomly. He completed seven of twelve passing attempts for 70 yards and two touchdowns. On the ground, he also carried the ball for 28 yards on four carries.

On top of the obvious need for Notre Dame to target and land substantial producers on the back end, they also have been a ton more active in the state of North Carolina recently. They were able to land both offensive lineman Sullivan Absher and Sam Pendleton in the 2023 recruiting class.

They have also put themselves in tremendous positions with both wide receiver Micah Gilbert and defensive end Bryce Young in the 2024 class. Blair is now among the early names to know in 2025 from the state.
