The No. 3 Ohio State Buckeyes are in Madison, Wisconsin this weekend for a Big Ten Conference battle against the Wisconsin Badgers.
The Buckeyes come into the game with a perfect, 7-0 record thorough the first eight weeks of the season, while the Badgers sit at 5-2 with losses to Washington State and Iowa.
Ohio State has a dominant lead in the all-time series with Wisconsin, having won 62 of the previous 85 meetings. Of the games the Buckeyes have not won, 18 were victories for the Badgers while five ended as ties.
Wisconsin is historically at their best against Ohio State when they are playing in their home city. All but seven of those aforementioned 18 Badgers triumphs have come when the Buckeyes were in Madison.
On Friday, Ohio State coach Ryan Day confirmed cornerback Denzel Burke, receiver Emeka Egbuka and running back TreVeyon Henderson all made the trip with their teammates, and are expected to play. The Buckeyes trio have each spent the last three weeks dealing with injuries, but now appear to be cleared for duty.
Ohio State is -14.5-point favorites against Wisconsin despite being the visiting team. The spread for Saturday's game is 45.5, meaning it would be one of the lower-scoring affairs of the Buckeyes' season if it comes true.
It is going to be a cold one in Madison, with the gametime temperature hovering at approximately 39 degrees Fahrenheit. Aside from clouds, the skies will be empty for this most-recent meeting between the Buckeyes and Badgers.
