Ole Miss Baseball vs. Florida Gators Start Time, Starting Lineup and How to Watch

In this story:
Mike Bianco and the Ole Miss Rebels will hit the road to Gainesville this weekend with an SEC showdown against the No. 21 ranked Florida Gators up next on the docket.
After being swept by the Mississippi State Bulldogs last weekend in Oxford, Bianco and Co. will look to get back on track against another Top-25 opponent in the Sunshine State.
“I said basically to the team that was a disappointing weekend,” Bianco said last weekend. “When you’re not winning, it stinks, but when you don’t play well at home against your arch rival that’s disappointing and they should be embarrassed.
"It’s unfortunate. So, be miserable tonight, be embarrassed tonight and then show up tomorrow.”
Now, Ole Miss will return to action on Thursday evening with first pitch set for 5:30 p.m. CT on SEC Network+.

Will Furniss Weighs In:
“We just got to bear down on the little things. We had seven hits today and none of them was with a guy in scoring position,” Ole Miss first baseman Will Furniss said. “It’s just been everybody. Had the bases loaded four times and we can’t get them in. Wasn’t very good today and I think this team is good enough to fix it. That’s the good thing.
“I think we’ve got guys in the locker room that have been through (this). Like, my freshman and sophomore we were bad. I think my sophomore year we were better than the record showed, but I dont’ think we had the experience to navigate through that. This year, I think we have a better team than what we are showing and I think we can be really good. We just got to figure it out.”
