2024 Oregon Ducks Offensive Tackle Target Ready to Announce Commitment

In this story:
A'lique Terry is no stranger to recruiting for the Oregon Ducks.
Before he led his own offensive line room at Hawaii and helped coach the defensive line for the Minnesota Vikings, he was an offensive line graduate assistant with Mario Cristobal and Alex Mirabal.
During his first stint in Eugene he played a pivotal role in the Ducks signing offensive lineman Jackson Powers-Johnson.
Now he's back in Eugene and rolling with three offensive line commitments in the 2024 class. Fox Crader, Trent Ferguson and Devin Brooks all gave their vote of confidence in Terry's ability and committed to the Ducks.
But Terry's hungry for more, and Pinson (Ala.) Clay-Chalkville offensive tackle JacQawn McRoy just might be the next player he gets to hop in the fold.
The 6-foot-8, 365-pound offensive tackle is set to make his college commitment on Saturday July 1 at 2:30 pm PT.

The Alabama native will make his college commitment from a final four of Arkansas, Ole Miss, Oregon and Kentucky. He took official visits to all four of his finalists in June, with the Ducks getting the last trip.
McRoy also took an unofficial visit to Oregon in the spring and raved about his time in Eugene.
"It was amazing. I liked it," he told Ducks Digest."I liked the young coaching staff, real new school. The gear just speaks for itself. The gear's amazing. That's just a plus. It's just a good school. Good school, good people there."
I made my pick for McRoy to commit to Oregon on May 23 and I still feel confident in that pick.
