Trio of Oregon Commits Honored as Adidas All-Americans

On Wednesday, a trio of Oregon Ducks commits were honored as Adidas All-Americans
Tucson (Ariz.) Salpointe Catholic edge rusher Elijah Rushing, Forney (Tex.) safety Aaron Flowers and Los Alamitos (Calif.) linebacker Kamar Mothudi received their All-American jerseys and were honored on Wednesday.
Oregon EDGE Commit Elijah Rushing (Tucson, AZ)
Elijah Rushing is rated a five-star (0.9861) recruit according to the 247Sports Composite. He's ranked the No. 28 player nationally, the No. 3 edge rusher and the the No. 1 player in Arizona.
He was previously committed to the Arizona Wildcats and flipped his commitment to the Oregon Ducks on October 30. The 6-foot-6, 251-pound defensive lineman is one of three commits from Arizona, along with quarterback Luke Moga and edge rusher Jaxson Jones.
Oregon Safety Commit Aaron Flowers (Forney, TX)
Aaron Flowers is rated a four-star (0.9444) recruit according to the 247Sports Composite. He's ranked the No. 126 player nationally, the No. 10 safety and the No. 22 recruit in Texas.
He committed to the Ducks from a top group that included the USC Trojans, the Oklahoma Sooners and the Alabama Crimson Tide among others. Flowers is set to arrive at Oregon as an early enrollee in the winter.
Oregon Linebacker Commit Kamar Mothudi (Los Alamitos, CA)
Kamar Mothudi is rated a four-star (0.9186) recruit according to the 247Sports Composite. He's ranked the No. 221 player nationally, the No. 18 linebacker and the No. 21 recruit in California.
Mothudi chose the Ducks over the Michigan State Spartans and transferred from Studio City (Calif.) Campbell Hall to Los Alamitos for his senior season so he could enroll early in college. He's one of the best athletes in California and led the Gold Coast League in both tackles and rushing yards as a junior.
He's one of two Southern California linebackers headed to Eugene alongside Long Beach (Calif.) Poly linebacker Dylan Williams.
It's worth noting that a number of other Oregon commits are also Adidas All-Americans. That list includes defensive lineman Xadavien Sims, linebacker Brayden Platt and offensive tackle JacQawn McRoy.
Gardena (Calif.) Serra cornerback and Oregon Ducks commit Dakoda Fields accepted his invitation to the Adidas All-American Bowl on Thursday and will be in San Antonio with his future Duck teammates.
