South Carolina has zeroed in on tight end Nyckoles Harbor for the past year. He has been the coaching staff's No. 1 priority, evidenced by the amount of time they spend in the DMV area, traveling to his track meets, or sending coaches on an in-home visit.

Harbor is one of the most dynamic athletes in America. He could run track in the Olympics and has aspirations to do so. In fact, track and field played a large role in his decision.

He could have played edge rusher in college but opted to stay on the offensive side of the ball. Harbor has the frame, physicality, and athletic profile to become an excellent tight end wherever he ends up.

Harbor hosted his signing day ceremony at Archbishop Carroll High School on Wednesday. He opted to sign on the traditional national signing day rather than the early national signing day when most elite prospects send in their letters of intent.

Ultimately, the South Carolina Gamecocks won out for his services.
