Men's Basketball Poll Watching Week 2: Frogs Remain Unranked

TCU is receiving votes in both polls this week. The Big 12 has four ranked teams and two other teams besides the Frogs receiving votes.

Basketball season is underway. The TCU men's team has two games under their belt, winning them by an average of 25 points. The Frogs were receiving votes in both preseason polls. In the first polls since the season began, they find themselves still in the "receiving votes" category in both polls. 

Kansas, which has started the season 2-0, remains the top team in the nation according to both the AP Top 25 and the Coaches Poll. Purdue is the No. 2 team in both bolls.

After beating then-No. 2 Duke 78-73, Arizona has surged to take the third spot in both polls. Marquette and defending champion UConn round out the Top Five.

In addition to Kansas, the Big 12 has three other ranked teams - Houston (6/6), Baylor (15/16), and Texas (19/17). And in addition to TCU, BYU and Iowa State are also receiving votes in both polls.
