Two of the nation's top teams met in the Indy Classic on Saturday. Purdue, ranked No. 3/4 last week, upset Arizona, ranked No. 1 last week, 92-84. The win bumped the Boilermakers up to the top spot in the Week 7 polls. 

Rounding out the top 5 are Kansas, Houston, Arizona, and UConn. 

TCU (8-1) continue to receive votes in both the AP Top 25 and the Coaches Poll. 

The Big 12 continues to demonstrate why it is the most dominant league in the nation with six teams ranked and three of those in the top seven. In addition to TCU, one other team is receiving votes. Here are the Big 12 teams either ranked or receiving votes:

  • Kansas - No. 2 in both polls
  • Houston - No. 3 in both polls
  • Oklahoma - No. 7 in the AP Top 25 and No. 8 in the Coaches Poll
  • Baylor - No. 10 in both polls
  • BYU - No. 17 in the AP Top 25 and tied for No. 15 in the Coaches Poll
  • Texas - No. 19 in the AP Top 25 and No. 22 in the Coaches Poll
  • Iowa State - Receiving votes in both polls (30/33)
  • TCU - Receiving votes in both polls (32/29)
