UCLA Football: Insider Expects Close Game Between Bruins And Aztecs

Your UCLA Bruins football team is looking to reestablish its dominance over the San Diego State University Aztecs as the 2023 season continues.
David Kenton of Bleacher Report predicts that the heretofore the undefeated Bruins will hand San Diego State University its pink slip. Surprisingly Kenton believes UCLA win will by less than a touchdown, 23-17. Per The Action Network (an aggregator that sources stories from various Las Vegas oddsmakers), the Bruins are favored to win by nearly two touchdowns, 13.5 yards.
It's just one game, and this particular SDSU program has already upset a prior Chip Kelly-coached Bruins squad in 2019, so anything can happen.
The Bruins have a big decision to make as game time nears: which quarterback head coach Chip Kelly willd decide to start.
Last weekend, UCLA opted to start junior Ethan Garbers at quarterback, though five-star reserve Dante Moore, a true freshman, had the better night. Moore recorded 143 yards and two touchdowns in the game.
It may not be an easy conversation, but it's something we all need to think about. Moore does seem destined to start, eventually. But figuring out when that conjures up anther good story.
The action tips off tonight at 7:30 p.m. PT. We'll see you there.
