Someone has to win this one, technically.

Your faltering 6-4 UCLA Bruins will have a chance to at least close out their season with a shred of dignity if their excellent defense can withstand the 7-4 USC Trojans' impeccable offense, while also taking advantage of USC's awful defense, next week.

Per Ben Bolch of The Los Angeles Times, the matchup is set to kick off at 12:30 p.m. PT on ABC next Saturday, November 18th, at the Trojans' home stadium, the Coliseum.

After dropping two consecutive games (including a stunning 17-7 defeat against the Arizona State University Sun Devils on Saturday), UCLA is hoping to save face against its cross-town rivals. The Trojans, meanwhile, have been vanquished by the two best clubs in the Pac-12 conference, the Washington Huskies and the Oregon Ducks, for two straight weeks. Last night, the Ducks beat USC 36-27, though the game wasn't nearly as close as that final margin might suggest, as the Trojans closed things out on a 13-7 fourth quarter run.

Though neither is playing for the College Football Playoff or even a Pac-12 Championship game appearance, a victory can still determine bragging rights and which bowl these folks will suit up for.
