New York Mets Sign Vladi Miguel Guerrero, Son of Hall of Famer and Brother of Blue Jays Star

In this story:
The New York Mets have signed outfielder Vladi Miguel Guerrero from the Dominican Republic, the two sides announced in a press conference Monday.
According to Francys Romero, Guerrero will receive a $100,000 signing bonus.
The Mets are set to sign 20 players on Monday, per Metsmerized's Mike Mayer, including four of MLB Pipeline's top 50 international free agents. Guerrero did not make the cut in those rankings.
Vladi Miguel is the son of Hall of Fame outfielder Vladimir Guerrero. He is also the younger brother of Toronto Blue Jays first baseman Vladimir Guerrero Jr., who is a three-time All-Star himself.
Vladi Miguel is the third of Guerrero's sons to sign with an MLB club, as Pablo Guerrero signed a $97,500 deal with the Texas Rangers in 2023.

Here is a brief scouting report of Vladi Miguel from The Athletic's Will Sammon from Nov. 30:
Scouts who have seen Vladi play describe him as a physical left-handed hitter with the potential to hit in the middle of a lineup. They checked off pitch recognition and bat speed as “plus skills,” adding that he possesses raw power that shows up in games, especially with pitches on the inner half of the plate.
If he is anything like his father or brother – who have blasted 449 and 130 big league home runs, respectively – the Mets may have gotten a key bat for their future lineup. Vladi Miguel is 16 years old and could wind up playing either in the outfielder or at first base as he career progresses.
