Cedric Doumbe has made a flawless debut in the PFL with a 10-second left-hook knockout over Jordan Zebo at PFL Paris.

Doumbe held true to his statement walkout, where he held a mattress up high with Zebo's name on it:

The two fighters touched gloves in the center of the ring and immediately started to trade blows. Both men hunched low, Doumbe threw a strong right hand which shifted Zelo. Zelo launched a head kick which Doumbe caught and countered with a low kick-left-hook combination.

Zelo fell like a sack of potatoes, and Doumbe followed up with several more grounded shots. The referee intervened and the French crowd --- including football superstar Kylian Mbappe --- were ecstatic. It couldn't have been a better debut for the French kickboxing megastar.

"This is my specialty, I'm a kickboxer," Doumbe explained in his post-fight interview,". ...That was easy - easy. ...I have more than 80 fights, I'm used to fighting with a big crowd like this. ...I used to have this type of pressure. ...Jordan Zebo is not the same level [as my kickboxing opponents.]

"...I'm 'the best' and may the best win," Doumbe declared.

In terms of his next steps, Doumbe admitted that he'd fight "anyone" next... except the best the PFL has to offer, he'd rather work his way to the top.

Following "The Lazy King's" impressive debut in the co-main event, the PFL now boasts a pair of burgeoning superstars. Fans are eagerly anticipating how the PFL will manage their popularity, with hopes of fostering a vibrant rivalry with the UFC.
