An uncharacteristically peevish O'Malley appeared on the May 29 episode of "TimboSugarShow", where he set about the Georgian fighter in a short rant:

"Merab's beat good guys, [he's got] a good career and no-one gives a f***. The most exciting thing to ever happen to him was me giving him my jacket to hold and it's like he's running [with it].

"He bought a replica [jacket] he's wearing it, he's trying to do as many interviews as he can he's like 'Holy f*** this is what it feels like to have anyone give a f*** about me.'

"Like dude that was three weeks ago, bud. Take it off [the jacket], it's not even the real one it's the f***ing fake one that you bought, bud."

O'Malley hearkens back to the UFC 288 jacket incident, where he gave his jacket to Dvalishvili to hold so he could promote a fight with Aljamain Sterling

A 'stolen' jacket may seem like an unusual focal point for fighter drama, but nevertheless, a O'Malley vs. Dvalishvili matchup would be a spectacular event.
