Mater Dei junior Meaali'i Amosa voted Southern California girls basketball player of the week

Congratulations to Mater Dei junior Meaali'i Amosa for being voted Scorebook Live’s Southern California girls basketball player of the week!
Amosa put up an impressive 15 points in Mater Dei’s 71-26 win against Orange Lutheran.
Amosa received 62.64% of the vote, beating out St. Anthony's Meghan McIntyre who finished with 35.08% .

Meghan McIntyre, St. Anthony: McIntyre scored 16 points to go along with 4 rebounds and 2 steals in the St. Anthony’s 69-32 victory over El Dorado.
Vanessa DeJesus, Sierra Canyon: DeJesus scored an impressive 21 points for Sierra Canyon in their 55-46 victory over Cathedral Catholic.
Kaiya Mack, Esperanza: Mack led Esperanza with 14 points in their 65-24 win over Orange Lutheran.
Taylor Donaldson, Oaks Christian: Donaldson scored 20 points to go along with 8 rebounds and 6 assists in Oaks Christian’s 51-32 win over La Salle.
Jess Magallanes, Thousand Oaks: Magallanes netted 17 points in Thousand Oaks’ loss against Inglewood.
Breya Cunningham, La Jolla Country Day: Cunningham, a freshman, had 18 points and 11 rebounds in the Torreys’ 70-42 win over Centennial.
