LOS ANGELES -- Dylan Andrews hit the game-winning 3-pointer as time expired to lift Windward to a 64-62 Division 1 boys basketball CIF State tournament first round win over Fairfax on Tuesday. Windward's Devin Tillis and Fairfax's Keith Dinwiddie each scored 19 points in the game.
