Los Angeles CES junior Aliyah Pollard voted Southern California girls basketball player of the week

Congratulations to Los Angeles CES junior Aliyah Pollard for being voted Scorebook Live’s Southern California girls basketball player of the week!
Pollard led Los Angeles CES with 19 points as they defeated Marshall 49-44.
Pollard received 46.71% of the vote, beating out Mater Dei's Soleil Montrose, who finished with 41.12%.

Simone James, Christian: James put up a 12-point, 13-board double-double in Christian’s loss to Cathedral Catholic.
Chantal Moawad, Santa Monica: Moawad’s 23 points helped Santa Monica defeat Crean Lutheran 44-40.
Mazatlan Harris, Cathedral Catholic: Harris finished with 16 points and 16 rebounds in Cathedral Catholic’s victory over El Camino Real.
Soleil Montrose, Mater Dei: Montrose dropped 20 points for Mater Dei in their 77-65 win over Windward.
Ariana Grimes, Westchester: Grimes notched 16 points and 18 boards as Westchester took down Carson 67-38.
Demoni Lagway, Palisades: Lagway netted 19 points for Palisades in their 60-44 victory against Hamilton.
