ANAHEIM– Fairmont Prep defeated Valley View 60-43 at home on Friday in the first round of the CIFSS Division 1 playoffs.

AnLing Su Vera led Fairmont Prep with 17 points and 8 assists, and Mia Yamamoto and Makaila Glynn were also in double-figures for the Huskies. Ari Long led all scorers with 34 for Valley View, and also registered eight rebounds, two assists, and five steals.
