CORONA– Mater Dei defeated Corona Centennial 83-80 in overtime on Thursday to stay undefeated and win its second straight CIFSS Open Division championship.

Brooke Demetre led all scorers with 28 points to go with 10 rebounds for Mater Dei. Lani White scored 17 points including a game-winning three-pointer in the final seconds of the game, and Caia Elisaldez added 16 points.

Londynn Jones led Centennial with 25 points, Jayda Curry scored 23 points, and Layla Curry finished 17.
