FULLERTON– Rosary Academy sealed its third straight appearance in a CIF Division 1 regional title game on Thursday with an exciting 55-49 win against Fairmont Prep.

Kaylee Byon led the Royals with 19 points and seven assists, and Ava Dominguez scored 16 points, including four threes, on a nearly perfect shooting performance from the field. The two combined for all 17 of Rosary's points in the fourth frame. Allison Clarke added 11 points.

Mia Yamamoto led all scorers with 23 points for Fairmont, Kayla Ishibashi scored 10 points, and AnLing Su Vera totaled five points and 11 assists.
