MISSION VIEJO, Calif. -- Jax Leatherwood led Scripps Ranch on an 80-yard drive in the final two minutes of Saturday’s CIF D2-A State Championship game, scoring on a Dean Paley touchdown reception with 27 seconds left in the contest to seal the win and become state champions.
