SACRAMENTO– After trailing 14-11 at halftime, San Domenico got going from the field in the second half to beat Shalhevet 38-27 for a CIF Division V State championship.

Lily Reeser led both sides with 12 points and three steals for the Panthers. Talia Tizabi had nine points and a game-high 11 rebounds for Shalhevet, which lost F Yalee Schwartz to an injury in the first quarter.
