SACRAMENTO, Calif. – The Monarchs didn't get the ending they wanted to their phenomenal season on Saturday in the CIF State finals. But the Central Coast Section and Northern Region Open Division champions still had plenty of nice moments in their 85-61 loss to Sierra Canyon.

Makayla Moore led Mitty with 14 points and nine rebounds. Morgan Cheli finished with 11 points and seven rebounds, and Siena Guttadauro added 10 points.
