Photos: Chatsworth baseball wins West Valley League opener 3-0 over Birmingham

Senior pitcher Josh Pollack earned the win for the Chancellors.

CHATSWORTH, Calif. - Chatsworth pitcher Josh Pollack threw six scoreless innings striking out six to earn the win in the Chancellors' 3-0 victory over Birmingham on Tuesday. Jose Ruedas recorded the save.

GAME STORY

"It was a great game," Pollack said. "My defense behind me, they were the greatest today. It felt good going out there, shoving for them. My coaches always have my back. You can't describe this feeling, it's the best."

Chatsworth's Barry Menjivar hit an RBI single in the third inning to put the Chancellor's ahead 1-0.
